    Kamalani Spa

A spa losing appointments to phone tag and a brand that under-sold the experience. Now an online booking system and a brand the experience deserves.

    The problem

Kamalani provided a high-end spa experience but the website read like a generic small business and bookings happened entirely by phone. Clients who tried to book in the evening or while at work simply moved on. The brand visuals did not match the in-room experience.

    Our approach

    • Brand refresh: editorial typography, soft palette, real photography of the studio
    • Online booking integration with the existing scheduling system
    • Service detail pages with pricing, duration, and treatment descriptions
    • Gift card sales surfaced prominently for the holidays
    • Mobile-first design because most bookings happen on phones

    What we delivered

    • Brand refresh and visual standards
    • 8-page custom website
    • Online booking integration
    • Service detail pages with rich descriptions
    • Gift card sales storefront

    The outcome

Online booking eliminated phone tag. Gift card sales jumped over the holidays. The brand finally matches the in-room experience — clients say so on first impression.

Online booking changed everything. I stopped losing appointments to phone tag.
