    Magco LLC

Four locations, four sets of dashboards, zero unified picture. We built a single custom dashboard the owner reads in five minutes a week.

    The problem

Magco operated four locations across Texas and the owner was getting four separate reports from four different sources every week. Trends across locations were impossible to spot, and any cross-location analysis took the office manager half a day in spreadsheets.

    Our approach

    • API integrations: Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Twilio
    • Custom Postgres data warehouse pulling daily from each source
    • Per-location and rolled-up dashboards with weekly delta callouts
    • Automated weekly PDF report sent to the owner every Monday morning
    • Anomaly alerts: flag any location where leads drop more than 20% week-over-week

    What we delivered

    • Custom Next.js dashboard with per-location and unified views
    • 5 source integrations (Google, Meta, GBP, GoHighLevel, Twilio)
    • Weekly automated PDF report
    • Anomaly alerting via email and SMS
    • Owner training and SOP documentation

    The outcome

The owner reads a 5-minute Monday-morning summary instead of opening four dashboards. Cross-location trends are now visible. The office manager got back four hours per week.
