Port 15 Sales & Rental
A heavy-equipment dealer with $50M+ in inventory but no way for buyers to browse it online. We shipped a custom inventory system with rental-purchase paths.

The problem
Port 15 had millions of dollars of equipment turning over weekly with no public-facing inventory. Every prospective buyer had to call or drive in just to learn what was on the lot. The site was a one-page brochure that lost the deal before the sales team even knew the lead existed.
Our approach
- Audit of the existing manual inventory spreadsheet and dealership management system
- Custom Postgres-backed inventory catalog with fast filters: equipment type, year, hours, location, price
- Listing detail pages with photo galleries, specs, financing breakdown, and a one-click 'request quote' form
- Rental-to-purchase calculator showing how rental payments apply to a future buy
- Mobile-first layout because buyers are on a job site when they search
What we delivered
- Searchable inventory catalog with 200+ live listings
- Per-listing detail pages with deep schema markup (Vehicle / Product)
- Rental-purchase financing calculator
- Quote-request form integrated with the dealership CRM
- Admin dashboard so the team can update inventory in under 60 seconds per listing
The outcome
Inventory is now indexable by Google and citable by AI engines. Buyers arrive at the site with the spec sheet already open in another tab — pre-qualified, ready to call. The sales team spends time closing instead of describing what is on the lot.
“Our inventory is finally online and searchable. Buyers show up already qualified.”
