What if I do not like the first website design my agency shows me?

    Direct Answer

Ask for revisions before any code is written. A reputable agency includes 1–3 design rounds and only moves into production after written sign-off. At Leads to Sales we keep iterating on the prototype until you approve the direction; nothing gets built without your explicit go-ahead.

Ask for design revisions before development begins. Most agencies include one to three rounds and require written sign-off before coding.

Define what 'approval' means in writing: which design version, which pages, which interactions. Vague sign-offs are the leading cause of post-launch disputes.

If the second prototype is still off, the issue is usually scope or audience clarity rather than the designer — a 30-minute reset call usually fixes it.
