It helps SEO three ways: it captures long-tail question queries, it earns featured snippets, and FAQPage schema increases the chance of being cited in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers.
Voice answer (≤30 words)

Each FAQ entry should be 40–80 words. Shorter answers don't satisfy intent; longer ones don't get extracted into snippets.
Limit FAQ schema to questions that are actually answered on the visible page — Google penalizes invisible-answer schema spam.
