I spent eight years before starting Leads to Sales watching service businesses with great work lose to competitors with worse work but sharper websites. That gap is what we built this agency to close. My focus is the front door — the site itself, the words on it, the speed it loads at, and the path it pulls a visitor down. If the website is the salesperson, my job is to make sure it never sleeps and never fumbles a question.
Day to day I lead strategy for every new engagement. That means the discovery call, the proposal, the sitemap, the wireframe, and the first design pass. I write the direct-answer copy that goes at the top of every page so the visitor (and AI engines) knows in 10 seconds what we do, who we serve, and what to do next. Once a site ships, I track Core Web Vitals, conversion rate, and form-to-call ratio — and we revisit any number that drifts.
I have shipped sites for roofers, pool builders, heavy-equipment dealers, med spas, restaurants, and luxury fragrance e-commerce brands. The throughline is that every project starts with a real owner who is tired of paying for a site that is not paying them back. By launch day they have a site that is faster than competitors, clearer than competitors, and structured to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — not just to rank.
