About Jesse
I came up as a brand designer for restaurants and retail before pivoting full time into web. The thing those two worlds taught me is that a brand is not a logo — it is the entire feeling a customer has from the first ad to the final invoice. When I sit down to design a service-business website, I am designing that whole feeling, not just the homepage.
My job at Leads to Sales is the visual layer and the conversion layer of every project. I lead the brand identity work, the editorial typography, the photography direction, and the landing-page systems that turn a click into a booked call. I obsess over the small things — the hover state on the call button, the order of trust signals above the fold, the line height of body copy at 320 pixels wide — because those are the moments where leads either move forward or bounce.
I have shipped brand and design systems for BBQ cleaning crews, financial planners, esthetician studios, luxury fragrance e-commerce, and multi-location property maintenance. Two threads connect them: every owner had real work behind them but a brand that under-sold it, and every project shipped with a measurable lift in qualified phone calls within the first month.
I also sit on the editorial side of the agency. I review every cornerstone article before it publishes, edit the testimonials and case studies for honesty (not polish), and make sure every photo on the site is a real person doing real work — never stock. If you want a brand that owners trust on first impression, I am the one to talk to.
