About Jamison
I started building software for service businesses when I was running operations at a mid-sized HVAC shop and got tired of watching leads die in inboxes. The CRM we had was technically capable but practically unused, and every week another booking slipped through because nobody followed up in the first hour. That experience drives every system I build today.
At Leads to Sales I own CRM, marketing automation, and custom software. That means GoHighLevel setup and migration, pipeline design, automation sequences (web-lead in five minutes, missed-call text-back, review request after job completion, win-back at 90 days), and the custom internal tools that handle the parts off-the-shelf software cannot. I also build the booking systems, custom dashboards, and any project-specific software a client needs to run their operation cleanly.
Past projects include a full inventory and rental-purchase system for a heavy-equipment dealer, a curated luxury fragrance e-commerce store with 24/7 expert chat, a portal-based intake system for a pool builder, and a multi-channel reporting dashboard for a multi-location service business. I write the code, configure the integrations, and stay on the phone with the client until the system is actually adopted by the team — not just installed.
On the GEO program I own the technical surface: schema markup, llms.txt, robots.txt, IndexNow, sitemap pipelines, and the verification and dashboard infrastructure. If your back office is the bottleneck, that is the conversation I want to have.
